1. Service. GPU CostWise provides cost estimates for GPU inference workloads. Estimates are informational only and not a guarantee of real-world performance or pricing. Verify with providers before committing spend.

2. Accounts & subscriptions. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period.

3. Acceptable use. No scraping at abusive rates, no reselling the dataset without written permission, no attempts to disrupt the service.

4. Liability.The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
